I did not receive my product after purchase
There is currently an issue with paypal IPN interfacing with our shopping cart and sometimes it does not automatically send you the download info and key right after purchase.If this happens, we have to manually send you your download info which can take anywhere between few minutes to 24hour period after your purchase depending on your time of purchase.
The software download and key info might not show up in your email inbox due to spam filters.So if you dont see the info in your inbox within 24hours it is definitely in your spam or junk email and you need to go there to find it.
